- Technical malfunctions
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Unauthorized access
- Damages resulting from participation in SMS programs

Any legal action arising from or relating to these SMS Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Madison County, Alabama, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
